Let's Fight Against COVID-19

“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself”

First case of Covid-19 in India arrived on 29th January 2020, the present situation in country will never accept the fact that we were serious when the country got its first Corona patient. Before moving towards Europe, why didn’t we think about China? Reason being China is our economic competitor, China shares a disputed border with us? Or China is the strategic partner of Pakistan?

These are just an absurd stuff none other than that. Our ideology says when our enemy is in disastrous condition we have to help them. But we, instead of helping had never turned our doors of brain open for accepting the situation that aroused due to outbreak of Covid-19 in China. No matter they are no more occupying a place on our hearts, but they are always on our head.

On 29 January when India got its first case, on the same day China took its 132nd person to the graveyard. The world’s populous country was going through the toughest times simultaneously the world was acting smarter than Covid-19. We didn’t take any lesson from China. But the moment Italy along with many European countries faced the immediate outbreak of Covid-19, Indian Government took an initiative on 15th March suspending the public gatherings, Teachings in all types of educational institutions were suspended. The Desks of Government firms were turned, Private Sector Undertakings ordered employees to work from Home.

This all happened when we had gone across the level of destruction in the continent Europe having 78 crores of active Social Animals who too fell flat after seeing this brutal assault by Covid-19. Still we Indians were busy on tapping our backs.

Now, today the situation is getting worsened day by day, we are losing more lives.

We should understand what WHO says:

There should be 1 doctor per 1000 citizens but In

dia’s health Infrastructure speaks boldly 1 doctor per 15000 residents and 0.55 beds per 1000 patients. Now, the above stats are enough to understand how weak we are. I never want this thing to take place but unfortunately if India becomes the next battlefield we are quite mature enough to to understand the level of destruction. India is having over 30 million active diabetes patients so the threat is a lot more on us, on the same time we’re blessed that we are listed in the youngest nation’s list.

So, nevertheless being an active citizen this has become meaningless saying that “What will scare us, the disease that is afraid of washing hands only?” The ongoing situation is critical.

But we should never forget that we are the youngest nation it’s an incomplete truth with this we are the ancient civilization as well. If we’ll save this, we’ll win the world. Whether the government is active or not, we should have to take care of ourselves. This is the best way to present our patriotism.

“Keep Calm & Carry On”, “Don’t Worry and Be Happy”

Thankyou
